My dad's family is from Peru, and we buried him in that cemetery last summer. This photo is from the old part. It's one of the most beautiful cemeteries I've seen. It sits on a hill high over the Missouri River. Legend has it that slaves who died while passengers on the Underground Railroad are buried here in unmarked graves.
Raised in Southern Mississippi I moved to California when I was 19. After a few years I traveled home and married a Southern Belle. Our adventure now continues in the state of Utah where our family has happily grown to include two girls and two boys. Each picture was taken by me with a Sony F717 or DSC-F828.
